I became the Philanthropy Chairwoman of Gamma Phi Beta-Kappa Chapter after the position was vacated in April 2022. Within this role, my primary responsibility was event planning.
- Through our secondary philanthropy event, the Fall Philanthropy Festival, Kappa Chapter was able to raise over $3,000 for our philanthropic partner, Girls on the Run Minnesota.
- Additionally, I oversaw over 100 Gamma Phi Beta volunteers who attended the Fall 2022 Girls on the Run 5K at the Minnesota State Fairgrounds.
Gamma Phi Beta also partnered with local businesses for percentage night fundraisers.
Proceeds from these events were directly sent to Girls on the Run Minnesota to further support our philanthropic mission of Building Strong Girls.
